Shipping 

We have two delivery structures based on the end destination for the product

Domestic Deliveries

  1. We provide free shipping on all orders which are delivered within India, using registered third party courier companies.
  2. Please note that you do not have to pay any additional Duties or Handling charges for orders which are meant for domestic deliveries, within India.

 International Deliveries

  1. We facilitate international deliveries at a nominal charge, using India Post.
  2. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to the destination countries Taxes or any other levies/Fees (Including but not limited to any International conversion Fees applicable on checkout). All such charges would be born and paid by the recipient of the order.

Please note

  1. Manner does not accept liability for any consequential or indirect loss or damage arising due to any failure related to a courier service.
  2. Once the product has been delivered it is the responsibility of the patron to liaise with the courier directly to ensure that they pick up or receive their parcel at the provided delivery address.
  3. For international Deliveries the duties and taxes are not calculated by Manner and thus not included in any receipt or bills. These are destination specific and the patron is advised to consult the official customs website to calculate the final amount payable on delivery of the product.

 

Delivery Time frames

Standard Delivery

We understand how exciting it can be to receive an order and so we try to ship all orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. However since we use third party delivery partners to get your chosen product to you, we have no control over the parcel once its dispatched from our warehouse and Manner would not be responsible for any delay caused by the postal carriers.

Expediated delivery

While at this point we do not provide an option of express delivery at the checkout. However if you need a product on an urgently, please feel free to contact us at – care@mannerindia.in and we will try and get your order out at the earliest.

Please note - Additional charges may apply, including costs charges by the delivery unit for an  expeditated delivery and any handling charges incurred by Manner.

 

Return and Exchange

We at Manner believe that it is our primary duty to bring to you a quality heirloom, which can stand the test of time. In furtherance of this all products that leave our warehouse are subject to multiple quality checks. However if despite our efforts the product fails to match the Manner standard ( If the wrong product is delivered or the product is damaged or broken due to a genuine Manufacturing defect) we would be more than happy to Exchange the product or replace It for you.

The following rules apply to the replacement or exchange requested by the Customer-

  1. All requests for exchange or replacement must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. When a return is requested by reason of a damaged product or a broken product being delivered the return or exchange would be subject to a review by the Manner production team. Any items that do not meet our policy would not be exchanged and would be returned to you.
  3. All items being returned must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
  4. Customized or personalized products would not be eligible for exchange by any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
  5. All costs related to the return of the item would be borne by the Customer, unless such return has been initiated by reason of a manufacturing defect.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Governing Law

All the terms and conditions set forth herein are governed exclusively by the laws of INDIA.

Any claims or disputes arising under or relating to these terms and conditions are to be settled by Arbitration proceedings to be held in Jaipur and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996.

 

Limited User Policy

Your use of this website and any order placed through it will be deemed to be for your personal use. Any commercial resale of a Manner product by an unauthorized person is strictly prohibited and legal action would be taken against anyone found engaging in the same.

Please noteCommercial resale refers to the sale or exchange for any monetary value of a Manner product as a new, used item. Any sale of Manner products clearly termed as ‘Resale’ and marked as a ‘preowned product’ is not affected by this clause, as long as all creativity credits are given to Manner.com.

 

Cancellations 

  • We at Manner endeavors to process and dispatch your order within 5-7 delivery days. Once your order has been dispatched, manner would not be able to recall this order. Thus it is advised to place a cancelation request at the earliest.
  • We would not be able to accept any Cancelation request 24 hours after the order has been placed.
  • Customized and personalized orders cannot be cancelled.
