Swati’s journey as an artist began when she was still young. Even before she learned how to write, she could pick up her artsy tools and draw. Intrigued by how art let her express and create, she decided to pursue fine arts in school and trained herself in various crafts like pottery and papermaking.
In the classrooms of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, she pursued her interests with innate talent and dedication. Her deep love for jewellery and natural materials further led her to the world of gemology, and in 2012, she became a certified grader of gemstones and diamonds from the Gemological Institute of America, which cemented her expertise in the art of jewellery making.
She spent the initial years of her career with some of the most renowned names in the industry. She heard the call of her entrepreneurial spirit and started building Manner, a brand that is built on the foundation of her love for art, Jaipur, and jewellery. She envisioned handmade pieces that tell stories and seamlessly mingle into the narratives of those who wear them.
As Manner finds its space in the world of art and luxury, Swati aims to build a community that thrives on expression and embraces all shades of individuality.
